WHAT I DO

I believe in the emotional narrative, storytelling, a well-positioned anecdote, and the “perception idea”. I subscribe to the notion that the narrative is the critical influencer driving us—that great ideas reside in harvested insights and that design is as much about creating as it is about listening and understanding.
I believe in doing rather than talking, in tinkering and curating ideas, and that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
I offer a human-centered design approach based on the production of insightful research. It’s a creative process and a disciplined skill set aimed at creating empathy, beauty, and an emotion.
